Thom Bargen is not just about aesthetics; they serve an array of beverages that satisfy even the most discerning coffee enthusiasts. The cappuccino, praised by many, strikes a perfect balance of creaminess and robust flavor, making it a standout choice. According to one delighted customer, "The cappuccino is to die for. It’s creamy, thick, nutty, and not drowned in milk like most spots in Winnipeg." For those who prefer something warmer, the chai latte has garnered rave reviews for its delightful spices that warm the soul. Customer Alex C shared, "I had the chai latte and I really liked it. It's a lovely place to hang out with my friends."

However, there have been suggestions for improvement in customer service, which is always an opportunity for growth.

The café also caters to the sweet tooth with its selection of baked goods. While some customers have expressed desires for a more robust selection, the blueberry muffin has received praise for its deliciousness, particularly noted for the delightful sugar topping that adds a touch of sweetness. It’s the perfect companion to any beverage and enhances your overall café experience.

In conclusion, Thom Bargen Coffee Roasters is more than just a coffee shop; it's a community hub where exquisite coffee and heartfelt interactions come together. Whether you're there to dive into the rich flavors of a perfectly brewed coffee or to enjoy a quaint afternoon with friends, this café promises to deliver a memorable experience. First time going to this location, so excited to try and so many high expectations! Unfortunately not all expectations met:) particularly Customer Service...But then again there's always room for improvement. To the lady who took my order please note that simple smile and good gesture affects overall experience, if you are having a bad day I understand, but don't let customers feel unwelcome! Note that you are working in one of the best cafe in the Peg!

Just found my new favourite coffee shop. The cappuccino is to die for. It’s creamy, thick, nutty, and not drowned in milk like most spots in Winnipeg. The interior is absolutely stunning: warm wood accents, hanging plants, vintage lights, and cozy seating. A perfect blend of atmosphere and good coffee. I do wish they offered desserts (like Café SHO does) to complete that full European café vibe with great coffee and elegant, not overly sweet treats. That would make this place truly perfect, imo.

Beautiful interior and friendly service ! Drip coffee and vanilla late was great. The everything bagel with butter was fantastic. Only downside was muffin was stale and cold despite being their at 8am and they can’t/wont warm it up. Overall, highly recommend!

delicious coffee, the staff is polite and pleasant) the only thing is that there are not enough baked goods, a very small selection, whenever I come there are only leftovers on the display case and nothing appetizing. Don't get me wrong, I like the place, but with coffee I also want some delicious croissant
